Our return policy allows for exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to receive a return authorization number. Once you have received your return authorization number, please include it with your return package.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund to your original form of payment (minus our original shipping costs) within 5-7 business days. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
